Weekly check-ins keep the work on track and aligned with your needs. We typically meet with every client once or twice weekly to review design work in progress and gather feedback for the next iteration of work.
Every invoice we send includes an activity report that outlines the work we completed within the two-week billing period. This helps our clients measure the value they are receiving for their investment. It also provides a regular interval to review the trajectory of our work and confirm we're spending our time wisely.
Most of our clients hire us for 3 to 18 months. Whatever the duration, you're never locked into a long-term contract and exiting is as easy. We request just two weeks' notice if you need to end your project early.
